Located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley, Canine Enrichment Centre provides daycare and overnight boarding in a safe, family-run environment designed around your dog's wellbeing.
Our Approach
We believe dogs thrive when they are given structure, purpose, and the freedom to be dogs. Our approach combines supervised socialization, outdoor exploration, rest, and enrichment to create balanced, fulfilling days for every member of the pack.
What to Expect
Every dog is different. That's why we carefully group dogs based on temperament, energy level, and play style.
By keeping our packs small and manageable, we're able to build meaningful relationships with every dog while creating a safe environment.
Standard Schedule
7:00 - 9:00 AM – Arrivals & Transport
9:00 AM – Yard Time (60 min)
11:00 PM – Morning Pack Walk (90 min - Adjust for weather)
1:00 PM - Rest & Relaxation
2:00 PM – Yard Time (60 min)
3:00 PM - 5:30 PM – Pickups & Drop-offs
When our pack is larger than usual, dogs are divided into smaller groups that rotate between an afternoon pack walk and supervised yard time.
Late pick-ups and early drop-offs are subject to a $15 fee.
Our Services
Our overnight boarding program provides dogs with a safe, comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Boarding dogs participate in the daily routine alongside our daycare pack and enjoy plenty of outdoor time.
Our daycare program offers a structured day of supervised play, pack walks, enrichment activities, and relaxation. Perfect for dogs that benefit from exercise, socialization, and routine.
Round-Trip Transportation subject to $10 surcharge.
Our training sessions focus on recall development, loose leash walking, and behaviour modification. We work best with owners who are committed to implementing consistent training practices at home. Lasting results require partnership, followthrough, and dedication.
